Hey guys. I'm trying to install windows without using a dvd (i have an iso and a license, but no access to a burner) by using a hard drive.

I have a pen drive, but its too small. Is there any way to make a bootable partition (i have a boot loader i could point at it)? If not, is it possible make a pen drive that is bootable run the installation files off the hard drive?

Where are you, if youre in NZ?? Maybe someone here can burn it for you

Daemon tools might work.

A have several operating systems installed i just want to try the beta. I mostly am asking because I'm very curious how to boot from something other than a DVD, floppy or pen drive. If I really needed it up i could just run it via virtualization.

Netsukeninja, thanks for the links. I have already run across those and although those are for pen drive. I have tried to adapt them, but was unable to get it to work. Is there something I'm missing, or are you saying the only way is to use a pen drive?

Q_man, I was already using Daemon tools to get the files, but I was unable to boot.
