Welcome to PF1 - you have malware - from my sig, download Malwarebytes, Syware terminator, spybot S&D - install, update and do a full system scan with all of them. Get trojan Remover (http://www.simplysup.com/) - install and run.

As agry said - get Hijackthis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis) run and select save a log - copy/paste the complete log back here.

What antivirus do you have installed ?

You may need to do your downloading/installing/scanning from Safe Mode (press F8 while booting up (on most computers), and select Safe Mode With Networking in the menu that comes up) if you cant access anything once fully booted into Windows.

Sounds like a browser hijacker and some nasty malware...
Do what wt said, but disable system restore ,first, this infection sounds deep..
Right Click My Computer>Properties>System Restore Tab>Tick "Turn off system restore on all drives"

If it say "Access Denied" or something similar when you try to get to properties then try safe mode, then if all else fails, remove some malware first, then try.

Try to post in more detail so we can fix your problem more efficiently

Cheers
