I will shortly be setting up a new online business that will also have to interface through phones & faxes (including an 0900 no) with clients and a home-based marketing team.

There is a lot of hype out there, but practical experience is what its all about.

Would appreciate advise on how I should set up a complete communication system.

If you have a professional interest then feel free to PM me your details.

Homebased marketing. Sounds terrible, Thats those annoying &^%$#s that phone you during dinner to harass you about buying something, right.

Talk to the 3 main companies:

Telecom
Telstra
Vodafone

It is definitely not a &^%$#s business, nor a network marketing business. Purely B2B in working hours.

And frankly I don't think the "big 3" have the systems I want, or I wouldn't be asking for advice.

Thanks for your concern for my mortal soul!

Worst part is when 2 of the "Big 3" simply wholesale off the biggest of them all .. that *really* sucks :(
