If you mean so it shows every time the PC boots normally, instead of having to go into safe mode --

NOTE: make a restore point first in case something goes wrong.

Click Start/Run type in regedit

. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserLis t
Double-click the Administrator key in the right pane
If the Administrator key doesn’t exist, right-click on the above tree in the pane, choose New, DWORD Value, name it Administrator and press enter
Type 1 in the “Value data” box, and press enter

Close the Reg Editor - Reboot the PC, the Administrator and your Account should now be showing

you dont need to go to safe mode to access the admin account
just press ctrl Alt del twice at the login screen and presto you can now type in the any user details

Why don't you just create a new account called Admin? :p
