Welcome to PF1 - by any chance is this a Dell Computer ??

The error you are getting may be associated with the raid drivers - Iastor.sys is the Intel RAID controller.

If it Is a Dell go To this site (http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/document?c=us&cs=19&dl=false&l=en&s=dhs&docid=20D0A093855D3F0AE0401E0A55170808&doclang=en) and follow instructions through.

If it is a Dell, it looks like its a known issue (http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/document?c=us&cs=19&dl=false&l=en&s=dhs&docid=20D0A093855D3F0AE0401E0A55170808&doclang=en)

And a lot of people have had the same stop error, in the same file (http://www.ydeologi.com/2006/04/26/dell-dimension-e510-iastorsys-windows-xp-blue-screen-error-stop-code-0x000000d1/#comment-1043)

iastor.sys is the intel matrix storage manager driver file.

Latest driver site too in case the above suggestions don't help.........
