Afternoon All

Trying to transfer a 5.2Gb movie of my Hdd to my WD 'My Book' which has 422Gb of spare space and Windows keeps telling me there's not enough space on it?

Any suggestions??

Cheers

Fat32

Thats probably why, FAT32 has a limit of 4 GB

You'll have to convert it to NTFS, if you want to copy files over 4 GB to it

Read How to convert a FAT volume or a FAT32 volume to NTFS

Here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307881/EN-US/)

What OS are you running?

Just run the conversion app built into the OS, unless you are using Win98 then your stuffed.

If Vista:- http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=convert+fat32+to+NTFS+vista&aq=f&oq=

If Win XP:-
