I know Asus MBs bundled with an utility called Asus Probe which can detect CPU & MB temperatures in Windows environment. Gigabyte MB doesn't seem to have such a utility. Is there any 3rd party utility which can do the same job, preferrably free?

As it is now, I have to quit Windows and go to BIOS setup to check the temperature. I'm having a new Gigabyte MB.

This is free (http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php)

It'll also tell you the specs of the system, whats in it etc

Your processor Temperature is 21 or 31 deg? Running at 21 deg is really COOL.

My Processor temp is 31 deg and all others quite similar to yours.

There is a difference in probe location between core and cpu....
