How do you get rid of the windows logon with password when you boot up your computer

Providing the computer is configured to allow all users to have the same preferences (start\control panel\passwords\user profiles), the primary network logon is set to windows logon (start\control panel\network), and there are no user profiles set up (start\control panel\users), then: when the windows logon panel appears, enter a different user name to that displayed and press the enter key when prompted for a password. The logon window should not appear on the next boot.

Sorry about the multiple replies. I kept getting a message saying the server had timed out, but it appears the reply was accepted each time I tried to post it.
