please help my cdrw cant read cds loaded in it. however, running in safe mode it works. am new here and need help badly. tnx.

Are they definitely CD's and not DVD's as a CD drive will not read DVD's

tnx for the reply sorry bout the title mislead. CDs as in software CDs trying to install on my PC. cdrom reads them as blank CDs. tnx agaiin hope u can help me.

irrelevant because NO cd drive will read dvd's in safe mode either
