I am thinking of setting up a small wireless network in the home but I have
read that the 2.4 GHz cordless phones can cause interference to the network.
Is this a real problem or is it something that causes occasional minor annoyance.
Are 5.8Ghz cordless phones a problem.

You can change the channel your wireless network runs on so that the wireless phone doesn't interfere, though not sure what channel the phones are on.

I have both at home and have no issues....

I haven't had a problem with cordless phones, but have had major issues with a video sender.
