Microsoft Outlook then states - A prog is trying to automatically send e-mail
on your behalf. Do you wish to allow it? - OK

Now after that I should be able to choose ok and allow it to go but it bounces back at that point and nothing is sent.

I don't know too much about Outlook

Can anyone help?

Is Outlook your default Email client? Do you use it for all your regular emails? Has it been configured to send / receive?

Do you know what App is trying to send an email through outlook?

Default Yes
Regular Yes

Configured I think so

App = MYOB accounting.

I am trying to troubleshoot this problem for a client, I can sort out the MYOB side of things easily enough but I do not know much about this side of Outlook.

All I can say at this point is the problem is in Outlook, not MYOB.
