Post a hijackthis log.

Put it in its own folder first.

In the meantime, get rogueremover and trojan remover in my sig. Install then update both, then click on scan.

Then select all options under the utilities menu in trojan remover

And type in english not txt, so we can understand you

So, have you got HJT now??

Like I said, if you have it run it then post a log. We'll see what you've got (or havent got)

No, also is it normal that to download a 43mb file it takes 12mins for broadband?

Depends how fast the speed is, if its slow it may take 12 mins, its still faster than dialup tho.

So, how can you post a log if you havent got HJT??

Are you going to get HJT then or not?

I wonít worry too much at this time on how slow your broadband is going. Letís sort out your malware/virus problem first, and then we can solve your broadband issue.

Speedy knows what he is doing, so you should do what he says & download hijackthis & post the log here so we can see whatís running on your laptop.

Welcome to PressF1 blam :D

Hope to her from you soon :)

Well we cant help you then, if theres no way to get hijackthis and post a log.

Or if your address is the address in your location, pick me up, I'm in Mt Eden

Or bring the case here, I've got a spare monitor

Are we talking about the PC you're using now? Or another PC?
