ok right before you installed Tweak UI (not a tool for new or beginning computer users) you should have made some backups that Tweak UI told you to make. If not (you are in trouble) you can try using system restore.... hopelessly unreliable in Windows 2000, better in XP, and alot better in Vista. I think you have XP, so you have a 50% chance it will work. Restore to a date BEFORE you installed Tweak UI. Hopefully this solves your problem.

See if this fixes it ---

Right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Restore Default

If that doesn't work go to This site (http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/rec_bin.htm) right click the download link on the site - (save as) the reg file to your desktop , double click it to repair the reg.

If none of the above suggestions work go to this Microsoft article (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=810869) and replace it manually- it even says TweakUI can do the damage.
