Hi Guys, I have 3 lappies at home, all used by kids. As a result of the kids dragging the power supplies around all three have suffered damage to the DC jack plugs. I have replaced them on a regular basis but they keep melting as the replacements I have got from DSE and the likes are all rated at 1A. has anybody found 4 or 5A rated replacement jacks? I don't really want to shell out $60 - $80 bucks a throw for power packs if I can just buy the jack plugs.
Thanks in advance. SJK.

This Place Here May have (http://www.laptopbattery.co.nz/home.asp) something you can use. If you can't find anything on the site you can always phone to ask.

I have replaced them on a regular basis Maybe you should tell them treat them correctly other wise they will be paying to fix them - its amazing how fast they learn when they suddenly have to pay for repairs.
