Something could be corrupt.

Save whatever to another folder, if this is what youre doing.

See if it crashes again

And what program r u using for these MP3's??

For them to end up in my documents.

Use ccleaner and get rid of the temp files.

Well when i go to open up the mp3 player it comes up with a flah drive so you are able to drag and drop them in to the player.

As for the My Documents its a totally different siuation but it still does it when i go to access and get into it.

It could be anything, malware, something in that folder maybe corrupted.

Or something in your email may have been sent but didnt go, or something in email may be corrupted.

Boot into safe mode see if you can get into that folder. If u can, see whats in it.

If theres MP3's copy them somewhere else. Then see if the folder opens in normal Windows.

Ok i had a look at the error report and it said the XVID.Dll was making it do that, so i uninstalled it.

I will try now

Why didnt you SAY this in the 1st post??

It would have been easier to fix!

No point installing it again if it crashes
