Hi There

Got another trouble for you. The wireless keyboard was working in full order.
Yesterday I tried to attach its hand-rest piece while the PC was on and got my fingers here and there on the keys. Then I found it was not working. There is a white small button underneath it whti this written beside it:"Connect Channel". Pressed it but was of no use.

Repalced its batteries and replugged its 'sensor' to otherr USB ports. Hmmm.... still no way out! Checked MS website for support. They advise to get a replacement if under warranty!

Is there anyone who had come across a disaster like this and knew what to do? Please help, if you can. Thanks.

Usually on the sensor is a connect button as well, press that, and then you have about 30 seconds ( I think) to press the connect button on the Keyboard as well. See if they "talk" to one another.

Sounds like this wireless headset and controller I won with Netguide lol.

(for the XBox). I brought the wireless adapter for XP (since I dont have an Xbox). So, chucked both of the above on this.

You have to press connect on both, before you can use them.
