sometimes when i use the internet or play game, some hardcore porn ads pop outs in the screen and it really piss me off. i tried to close it but every time when i press the X button it opens a internet browser and lead me to another hardcore adult website. I don't think this is suitable for our families. Any ideas?

As well as plod's suggestion, use Mozilla with NoScript or AdBlock.

get Ccleaner from my sig install and run, download Spyware Doc from my sig and install, update and run, then download Superantispyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/) install / run.

Then who ever is going to the sites - stay away from adult sites :2cents:

A note on SPyware Doctor people. I ran it recently and it cleaned out quite a few nasties.
I then ran AdAware and Spybot which picked up SMitfraud C and 3 others I forget the name of.

So while I've added to the arsenal, never rely on one alone. The more the better.

Not surprisingly the viruses get there by surfing such sites.

Surprisingly that is NOT true. Some Trojans may ride in on a piece of software. They then open ports and send IP info, to which popups and further malware can enter.
One of the most common ways of getting these Trojans is via program cracks.

Check add/remove programs for VideoActivxObject - you only get that from looking at porn.
