i have a celeron 3.2ghz cpu and its running around 67 degrees is that normal?

Possibly getting close to maximum, would check your cpu fan/heatsink for dust/secureness/fan-speed.

What type of motherboard do you have?
Certain brands of motherboard are known for having temp sensors which are sometimes up to 15 deg cel off.

Can you please give us some more information?
How many case fans do you have, how big is your case, heatsink/cpu cooler type/arrangement.

i have a mid case with four case fans and a masscool cpu fan.
