View Full Version : going slow, temp high, trouble shutting down

my computer seems to be running real slow. it came up with a fault it said changes been made to global temperatures? what does this mean? also having trouble shutting down. hangs and wont shut down have to shut off at the wall. doesnt sound like fan going help help help please and thankyou

Well if one of your fans has failed, you need to get it replaced. Presuming it to be the CPU fan and not knowing what type of CPU you have, if you feel comfortable buy a suitable replacement and install it yourself otherwise take it to the shop - if they're really friendly thay should be able to replace it on the spot.
