Try ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com)

Or run whatever browser, and clear its cache.

Thanks Speedy Gonzales,
I know I can clean the cookies by using cclearner or in options of internet browser.
I just wonder why I can't open and view the cookies folder or temporary internet files folder in Window Explorer of Vista. But you can in Window Xp.
Thanks
