Hi

Have loaded some CD's onto the ipod. When I play them back some of the tracks audio breaks up. Anyway to fix this ?

Do they play alright on your PC?
You may want to re rip them, possibly you have a scratched CD. I have a couple of my tracks that are a bit like that.

No the wife say it does it on the Computer as well.

Sounds like you might need to re rip them then. Could be a scratched CD. Its not unheard of. I'm not aware of any audio issues with the latest version of iTunes.
Is it the same with all of your audio tracks or just some of them.

Are you using external plug in speakers or the ones on the PC?

Sounds like the problem I had on my mates PC. From what I found out it could be a problem with Itunes and your cd rom drive.

Didn't find a solution at that time.

Scratched CD or Copy Protection. Try cleaning the CD and using another app to copy to your PC, see if it too gives the same 'skipping' effect.
