Hardware:
Albatron k8nf4x-754 Motherboard
400W(i think) PSU
256MB DDR Ram x2
80GB (Seagate i think) Harddrive
AMD 3000 Processor
CDRW/DVD
Floppy Drive

I turn the power on at the wall and the CPU Fan + Motherboard Fan turns on, push the Power On button and nothing happens. At no time does any LED light come on or power come on to the mouse etc.

Tried removing RAM to get a beep - no response

The Motherboard is brand new - as the Fans werent working for starters, but the new MB fixed this.

Hope someone can help, thanks:thumbs:

It should.

My guess is the power plug that connects the on button to the motherboard to the case is incorrectly installed/placed.

double check that just in case :xmouth:

As Cisco said:
Always check with Layer 1 first.

Try a CMOS reset, and unplug any PCI cards/IDE cables. Try a different PSU. If that doesn't work, your mobo is most likely buggered.
