Just to confirm if you have cordless phone can it interfere with DSL connection i.e connection dropping ?

Have my Cordless phone going thru DSL modem (into back of dsl modem via a filter) and the DSL modem plugs into the Jackpoint straight with no filter ?

What? Your phone should plug straight into a jackpoint. If you need to share the jackpoint then use the filter - phone into phone port on it, dsl modem in the other port.

I'm not a wireless specialist or networking guy of any kind, from a logical thought pattern, Filtering a phone with DSL and using wireless, should more than likely lower the cordless phone's quality, having to pass through another port (the filter) then having the DSL suffer in any way

Cordless phone also Interferes with SkyTV. On MySky it was Interfering with one stream but not the other so that everything coming in on one stream when recorded was full of weird lines.

After moving the phone off the top of the cabinet where MySky decoder is all was fine.

I have since changed to 5.*G phones instead of 2.4G. Hopefully less Interference for the future.
