Probably can add a TV turner/FM radio capture card (PCMCIA in ur laptop), similar to desktops (I had one - MSI brand). Often comes with software, remote to record, set stations, time stamp, etc. Something like this one (http://www.2cooltek.com/PCMCIA-TV-Tuner-FM-RADIO--Video-Capture-Card-for-Notebook-Co-p-910.html). I got mine from pc direct. Be mindful of the xtra cables and antenna that u may need to attach...

Depending on your internet usage plan there are lots of radio stations available for streaming in iTunes.
