Can you tell me how I can set up my modem and the dial up network (TCP/IP)to get to the internet?

I assume you can already access the internet since you made a posting, so the easiest way for windows 3.x, is to download Internet Explorer 3 for win3.x. It has built in TCP/IP stack and a dialer. You can get it from http://classic.tucows.com/softweb.html Of course it is limited in action compared to win9.x versions.

If you need a 16 bit freeware e-mail client for win3.x, then a little known but excellent program is Foxmail. You can get this from http://www.simtel.net/pub/win3/email/ and get fmail16e.zip.

There is also a 32 bit version of Foxmail for win9.x, much better than most other e-mail programs for home use.
