Just checking if anyone can tell me the graphics capablitiy of my old laptop its a Excel model No:532 under hardware it says
Transmeta Efficeon(tm)
Processor TM8000
995 Mhz, 224 mb of Ram
The display adaptor shows XGI Volari-XP5 SE vl.09.03.ECS_532

Can anyone break all this down to laymans terms?
Especially what its Video accelerator has in MB

Many thanks in anticipation of your assistance.

Hi, with a transmeta processor, I wouldnt imagine much of a video card at all, in fact, 224mb suggests to me the video card is using system memory, ie about 32MB, the difference between the ram showing and a 256 mb dimm.
