Next time you're in Welly beetle I suggest Real Groovy in Cuba Street...there's a couple of 2nd-hand places in that alternative part of town.

They have a website...but from experience it pays to flick through the stuff yourself.

You really should not be posting links to torrents JackStraw. Pretty illegal to do that on this forum.

Watch out, PedalSlammer is going to justify JackStraw's action! :p

Good luck with your find, beetle.

Ah, the old ".torrent is illegal chestnut"
What are you studying at Uni. Boris?
I hope it isn't Law.
You see the whole thing about DRM and the intellectual property of large cooperations, i.e. those represented by the RIAA and the MPPA is that infringement of copyright is a civil offence. The moment you allow "Big Business" to bring criminal charges to protect their profits is the thin end of the wedge of the slippery downhill slope to slavery.

Joe's tape will be in Never Twice The same Colour (NTSC) so unless Beetle has a nice modern VHS player that can play multisystem tapes and a compatible TV, it won't work here.

There is a whole world outside the USA (containing the majority of the planet's population) of which the average US citizen knows nothing. Recent correspondence received from the US thought that NZ was part of Canada, so some don't even know their neighbour. Saw a TV program recently where US citizens interviewed in the street identified Australia as Iraq.

SJ is excepted form all of the above of course, he is a notable exception to the rule and an honorary Kiwi to boot.

Cheers

JackStraw

Just download it. You have tried all other reasonable avenues and that would seem to to be a good enough excuse but don't go copying it and selling it down the market. That would be bad.

Y not just hire it from a video shop? :(

The Black Stallion Returns (1983) is available for hire from DVD Unlinited :)

beetle
04-09-2007, 06:00 PM
Um if i could hire it from the shop...........i would not be looking for it, but the actual middle DVD of the 3 (in a series) is the one i want and cannot get which is called The Black Stallion........ and no the video man cannot find it from his suppliers either..:(
So it may just be in my memories forever........:(
And as i am on dial up............and my time on a comp is now limited, i am unlikely to have the time or patience to try and download it...:(

Thanks anyway
