Nah, think I'll wait for the final to come out. Betas can be buggy.

They've been available for almost 3 weeks now. I'm with Speedy here, I beta tested both 1, 1.5 and 2 but I think I'm going to leave this one alone.

And how are the developers going to know it works with Maori and Kiwi slang if no one from down under tries it.You could be disappointed when the final release comes out and you send a message in Maori and yr box blows up.

You can run the latest nightly versions as a Portable setup without interfering with your present installation of Firefox if you wish, I have done this and it works, you must follow the instructions exactly, you have to get the win32.zip version:

http://tech.cybernetnews.com/2007/02/14/cybernotes-using-firefox-portable-to-test-nightly-releases/

These extensions worked for me:

These worked in FF3A2 and most in A6

Go on be dareing...

Nah its daring enough to use Windows, I'd much rather wait for a full release rather than a beta.

Cheers

Nah, I'll pass until the final version comes out. Mozilla FireFox 2.0.0.4 is the best internet browser available at the moment.
:yuck: Internet Explorer 7 is so buggy.
I've been using a Mozilla for a while, and you can see a Mozilla with Turbo Fox installed is a lot faster than IE7.

I've been using Alpha 1 and now Alpha 5 in both Windows and Linux and have found them very stable. Enough so that I have deleted all previous versions.
