Welcome to PressF1.

I have trouble comphrending your post.

Your original overclocking may have caused a problem.

If it always happens at certain times of the day (00.00 - middnight, to 12.00 - Midday) then this could be a software problem. Possibly from spyware etc, but also maybe there are programmes set to auto update, or even to auto scan during that time which are incompatable with some otehr software on your system?

Check to see if your heatsink is full of dust. Sounds like your CPU is overheating, and you need to spring clean the inside of your case
