Not unless you use third party software such as Acronis etc

You could put them into a password protected zip file before you burn it to CD. You can use a free program like filzip (http://www.filzip.com/en/index.html)

Or you could just use the zip software built into windows, which allows password protection.

If you REALLY want secure, TrueCrypt is your friend! Would be perfect for what you're wanting as you can set the size of the container file to something like 699MB :)
