I am trying to look for a Firefox Extension that blocks flash content e.g.: ads etc...?

Does any one know where I can find it?

Thanks :)

PS: I am using Firefox 1.0.7

Flashblock: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/433/

Can Adblock/Adblock Plus can do it as well? No idea

Flashblock and adblock. They're good enough.

Looks like Flashblock works with 1.05+

And adblock works with 1.07.

Proximitron, Independant of your browser (meaning it can work on them all if you wish) handles ads, pop-ups, embeded audio, off site images, Flash, You name it you can pretty much block it.

Spanks teh Firefox extensions.

You know, there is this fascinating thing called a search engine, where through the convergence of mystical forces, I came across this page:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/10/

I use No-Script. Most Flash is initiated from a JavaScript and this works very well in blocking most unnecessary content

Why not upgrade your version of Firefox so that you can use some of the extensions which have been suggested?
