Because I print photos, I would like to be able to adjust the brightness and contrast the screen on my Toshiba A100 laptop (and eventually be able to callibrate using something like Spyder2).

:help: I realise to my shame, I don't know how to do this on my laptop (can manage on my desktop). Usually I do all photo editing on the desk top, but because I am going to be away for a week, the question suddenly reared it's ugly head.

As always - TIA
Cheers

Is it not marked in blue on the Function Keys?

On my M50 it is Fn+F5 and Fn+F6 for brightness up and down.

On my Satellite M30 it's Fn+F6/Fn+F7.

Yep - that prods a few brain cells.... I think Fn and F6/F7 will change brightness.

What about contrast? Any suggestions?

There is no contrast adjustment on most laptops.

I had a nasty feeling that that might be the answer! Thanks for your quick replies.

Cheers again. :)

Just to confirm -- my Satellite M30 has no contrast adjustment.
