Do I have to go out and buy a completely new one..?

Or is it possible to update the which I currently have? ; SiS 650_651_M650_M652_740

If so, how do I do it..? Find the update and overwrite it..? :S

go to the manufacturers site and look up your model number, download and install, all takes about 5-10mins

Err you don't unless it shows what version is on the site.

Or u can check the version number thru device manager/display adapters/double click on the card / driver tab / driver details.

See what the date shows under here.

Or go here (http://www.sis.com/support/support_prodid.htm)

It'll scan your system and let u know whats available.

And if there is a newer version and there's an entry in add/remove programs for the SIS drivers, it may pay to uninstall the old, before u install the new drivers.
