Just really slow at start up!
Has this symptom started recently? Perhaps your hard disk drive is getting full or it is time for a computer memory upgrade or your sense of timing has gone wrong (just joking :D )!

Or all three reasons above!

Cheers :)

A prob I'm having is if I leave my PC for more than about 20 min it drops off line. A real pain, I have to reboot to get back on line. System says I'm still connected on wireless network - any ideas?

R2x1: Does it say "Windows is starting up . . ." while booting? THAT is your warning that failure is imminent

Are you serious???:(

What I do is leave my email client running and set to check for emails every five or ten minutes. This keeps the connection "alive".

Hey chocolate2006. ZoneAlarm is your computer's firewall, right? Check that no whatsoever internet lock is activated after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Cheers :)
