Is it possible to set a range that includes discontinuous sets of cells, e.g.

Range is A1:c1, b2:d2,c3:e3?

Secondly, can a range include cells on different worksheets (within a single workbook)?

Yes, I have tried setting such ranges, but I'm not sure that they are working reliably.

Hi

The answer to the first question is yes. The way to test this is to create a new formula in another cell using something like : =Sum(MyRange)

I can't answer the 2nd question but I couldn't get multi-tab cells into one range in my test. However, I can reference a named range from tab 1 on tab 2 by using the same formula as above. That may be a way around it.
