Guys/Gals,

On my Win 98SE box, when I run Norton Ghost, I put this on the floppy so

that after the job is done my computer will automatically boot to my

desktop:

set comspec=c:\command.com
c:
cd\
set winbootdir=c:\windows
c:\windows\win.com

I'm now working on a buds WinXP FAT32 Dell Laptop and using that on his

Ghost floppy won't work. Can anybody suggest anything to get HIS box to

auto boot to desktop like mine does?

Thanks in advance.

XP doesnt use DOS like 98. BUT does have it within XP. BUT its limited.

Altho XP does have command and win.com but they're in the C:/windows/system32 folder.
