below isa log from a pc I have been looking at. Winlog.exe and winlogon.exe have been identified as problems. Is there anything else in there?

Winlog.exe looks OK. It looks like its part of Salfeld Child Control 2003 if this is installed.

I would boot into safe mode, and tick these entries.

This looks like adware
