hey guys, i decided to join up here coz i need some help! :help:

Ok, ill try and explain it as best i can....
Whenever i'm trying to type, random numbers come up, and today ive had letters instead.
For example if i'm typing "hello how are you?" it will turn out as "ghello ghow aure tyoru?"
It's as if the keys are stuck together or something, but theyre not! Coz ive cleaned my keyboard.
Could it be a problem with the actual computer? like a virus? Because I don't think theres anything wrong with my keyboard. Everything worked fine this morning but then randomly just started stuffing up again out of the blue this afternoon.
I hope someone can help, coz it's really annoying me!!! :badpc:
Thanks

Have you tryed reinstalling the drivers, snugging up the wires in the back, or, if you use wireless you are out of range or your batteries are running low.

Well if theres nothing wrong with that keyboard like you say, get some typing lessons, you must be hitting the wrong keys.

I would try a different keyboard or that keyboard on a different computer.

Seeing your new here, if your worried about spyware/virus, check out the FAQs of this site: http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/faq.php?faq=pressf1_faqs_security

Have a look at

Suspect you have been over generous with a liquid causing adjacent keys to type or give other incorrect signals.

Keyboards are fairly cheap so a replacement may be in the offing.
