After a couple of problems with my system and a sys restore this is the message I am getting on start up. From what I understand from intense googling this no drive and fasttrack message indicates that I need to go into the BIOS and disable the Promise Controller. As on my desktop there is a new hardware wizard wanting me to insert a cd for new hardware.

I have been in the BIOS and can't find any reference to Promise in the Advanced Section. And to my knowledge I am non-RAID with dual HD's and do not have the disk that it is asking for. This wizard will not leave the desktop no matter what I try. So if anyone can help me correct this Promise seeing as how I am on the Fasttrack with no drive attached I'd surely appreciate it.
