Isnt that the point of having Jetstream? Its on all the time?

So, when you boot up, you're on the net?

Or have you got a PCI adsl modem, that needs dialling up, before you connect?

Yup, with the free connection?? Is it external or internal the modem??

I dont know. I'm not on broadband.

BUT I would say if you dont have to dial up now with it, its on all the time.

As soon as you boot up the system (if you turn it off), you'll be on the net already.

Its external and I have to right click the desk top icon then click connect. Dont hear any dialing like a dial up modem and it only takes a few seconds to connect

If u use IE, go to tools/internet options/connections tab, select always dial my default connection, then OK.

Hopefully this works.

Hmm not too sure if you with those modems then.

Lets see if anyone with a adsl modem will let you know.
