Does anyone know of a quick way to disable and then re-enable the right button on a USB mouse?

The only way I know of is via mouse properties in control panel.

Just take your finger off it Jack, and curl it round the RHS of the mouse. It is quick & easy to do, and there are no problems or delays in reinstating right-clicks when you want them. Works for me.

How did you know why I want to switch it off? :)

You are right though. I've tried what you suggest, but it doesn't work for me.
It's only while I am playing my game and the mouse doesn't get much use so I keep forgetting.
Anyway I downloaded the Logitech driver and have an ikon on my task bar, so it's just a couple of clicks to turn it on and off.
