What is the specific spooler error message and what OS do you have? Have you made sure no print jobs are still listed under the printer properties? If they are, then select them and choose cancel (or delete).

Try Jens suggestions
Then restart your pc and printer ( I think by now that may have been done any how)

If that fails try relaoading your print driver after first uninstalling.

Spooler is related to the driver not to print cartridges

Another thing you may want to check for is a paper jam. Even a little fragment of paper any where within the printer ( and is detected by the printer sensors) may produce the same error message.

problem solved, it was the catrige, the data recievers were damaged. so the printer didn't put the cartriges into the proper position and the printing stopped.
