I have an HP Laptop working off a docking station. I have an Acer LCD screen attached to the docking station, works a breeze. But how do I get the sound to come through the speakers on the LCD screen rather than the laptop? Cheers. :help:

On your laptop there will be a socket for "line Out" or sometimes labeled "Headphone Out' or "Speaker Out". It will usually be colour coded green.

You will need to get a cable to go between that socket, and the "Audio Input" socket on the back of your Acer LCD screen. Usually, LCD screens will come with this cable.
