Windows 98 has a power management trouble shooter [PMTShoot] for discovering what program is preventing your computer from going into standby. Is there a win XP version? Where can I find it please?

Thanks johnboy, but that didn't help.

Perhaps I should explain in more detail. My monitor goes to standby after 30 minutes as per settings, but the CPU and HD do not. The System should go into Hibernation 30 minutes later, but doesn't; Sometimes it is still going after 2 hours?
