View Full Version : Graphic Tablet Trouble

I'm having trouble using my brand new graphic tablet (which i brought today)

It installed okay, but the pen doesn't work, while the mouse does....
I haven't had much look finding help on the site that made the product and the manual isn't any help at all...

the only problem it has about the pen/mouse not working is that the battery is low or empty... yet swapping for new ones doesn't work...

the models, trust 400 - v2

Thanks for helping

was there a driver disk included in the box? if there was, install the drivers..

i've already ask here but the post seems to of gone :illogical

okay, i brought a graphics tablet 'trust 400 - v2'

my problem is that the mouse works fine but the 'pen' doesn't work at all...

i've removed and updated the driver (still didn't work)
i've checked the battery and put brand new ones in that worked for the mouse...

Anyone know what the problem could be?

thanks for the help
