Just recently my PC has started to come up with the followiung message

"You (or a program) have requested information from {website name}. Which connection do you want to use?

OCS Internet Connection

N.B. The website address vaires, and this box comes up most frequently when I open WMP 10.

I have done a bit of research into this, and when this notice comes up "rasautou.exe" comes into the processes in Windows Task Manager. I have run Ad-aware, Spybot, Norton and Microsoft Anti-Spyware without success. Any help?

rasautou.exe is a Windows tool for autodialling or similar. The following pages are for Win NT or 2000, but might apply for XP or others (not sure which version you're running).

Or I just found this one for XP which might be more useful

I think I have found the problem. My Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access Connection Manager were set to automatic in services.msc. I believe they should be on manual, so have changed them and touch wood it seems to be ok now. Does this sound about right?

Sounds about right to me. Let us know if it isn't working.

And welcome to PressF1 - feel free to stick around :)
