Oh yeah

Not sure if Im the last one to know but there's an update for the msn version 7.0.0777.The update patch is around 7250KB.Looks like microsoft has decided to just release a patch instead of telling people to download 7mb data each time there's an update!!

Its msn messenger version 7.0.0813.The patch seems to be a beta version but I haven't had any problems infact loading msn messenger and logging in is a bit smoother than the version 0.777.Maybe because Im running a 200mhz machine

Once you find the file.Underneath you will find an up to date A-Patch for 0.813 at this link http://www.msg****.com/downloads/484

HAve fun!

It says from mess.be

For the first time in history, the MSN Messenger team is working on a QFE (or "hotfix") patch to the current build of MSN Messenger (0777). QFE stands for Quick Fix Engineering, which means upgrading (to build 0813) through a small patch instead of a 7mb setup file like we're used to. In the past, many smallband users have complained about having to download entire versions just to upgrade. It seems that Microsoft is planning to address this complaint and, who knows, maybe MSN Messenger updates will finally be delivered through Windows Update in the future.

The patch, currently available strictly to a handful of official BETA-testers, fixes a few bugs (eg. the "Always Sign On As:" bug). In general, BETA-testers have witnessed a faster and smoother overall performance (eg. during the sign-in process) after applying the patch.

Looks like there's a bug!!!

"Interested in annoying the hell out of someone, are we? Set your status in MSN Messenger 7 to Busy, open a conversation with your victim and keep clicking the Nudge icon until you get finger spasms because with this status you can send unlimited Nudges".

I did that to my friend but not by setting myself to busy but by applying the A-Patch and my friend came up with a cure to stop your window from rocking and donging as your friend nudge u unlimited times.

What you do is to play a wink as soon as he or she sends you the nudge. It kinda stops the nudge!
