I've started using a new file manager, but I really missing the Windows key + E command to launch explorer.

Anyone know how I can change this to launch my new file manager?

Had a look in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Keyboard Layout] but nothing obvious there.

The net only talks about changing it's entrie function, or disabling it, or changing one of them.

Oh well, guess I'll have to suffice with a standard keyboard shortcut. Man, 3 keys, might have to improve my dexterity..

right click on program icon (shortcut) select properties in there you will able to assign shortcut key.

Yes, that's what i meant by "standard keyboard shortcut". What did you think I meant?

Too bad about no-one knowing how to change the Windows key.

Try doing a google search for something like "windows key shortcuts remapping" or the like.

I found one but it was expensive
