Does anyone know of a Free Trial of a Code Signing Digital certificate that is trusted by windows - i need it for a demo project for a school project

They all appear to be for Email signing the VeriSign one is - i quote "specifically not for code-signing"

Could you please explain further. I have difficulty in understanding exactly what you want to sign. Or do you not want to sign whatever but Windows trusts it anyway?

Verisign used to give a free trial of a digital certificate. I know not whether they still do.

I want to sign a VBA Project so you are not asked to "Enable macros" in Excel

As I recall this you can sign your project in VBA.
