Greetings PressF1, I am wondering is there free Internet answering software that I can install on my Windows Xp Home Edition computer? Currently I am using dial-up connection and I have a V.92 modem. I just don't want to miss any phone calls whenever I am up surfing the net. Cheers and thanks :)

No ISP's in NZ support the v.92 "call on hold" feature as far as I'm aware.

You'll either need Internet Call Waiting software, which also requires Telecom services or the appliance linked to above which I imagine would need call waiting.

Get a second line or broadband. Cheaper most of the time, easier and more reliable.
